Spaghetti with lemon

I always have lemons in the kitchen because they are amazingly versatile in both salty and sweet dishes. This time I used them in an Italian pasta recipe and they were wonderful! :)

  • 300 g of good quality spaghetti
  • parmesan race
  • 1 lemon (peel and juice)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 hand chopped parsley
  • 1 red hot pepper (without seeds)
  • salt and pepper

Servings: 3

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Spaghetti with lemon:

The pasta is boiled until it becomes al dente.

Rub the walls of a large bowl with a clove of fresh and juicy garlic.

We prepare a dressing: the olive oil is mixed with lemon juice, chopped parsley, 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, chopped hot pepper, salt and pepper. All added to taste.

The hot, uncooked pasta is put in the bowl greased with garlic and over them I pour the prepared sauce and the other clove of garlic crushed with a knife blade. .Mix lightly and leave them covered for 2 minutes.


Serve the pasta with grated Parmesan cheese and lemon peel.
