Cabbage soup

We wash the ribs and then boil them. After they have boiled, we throw away the water and boil them again. Add finely chopped onion, carrots, parsnips and finely chopped celery. Let it boil a little and then add the diced peppers and finely chopped tomatoes (instead of tomatoes you can use broth).

Leave it on the fire until the vegetables are almost cooked and then add the chopped cabbage and rubbed in advance with a little salt.

Along with the cabbage, add the thyme and let it boil. We don't like the cabbage to be too soft, so it didn't boil much for me.

At the end we add salt, if necessary and finely chopped dill.

Serve the hot soup with hot peppers.

Smoked sweet cabbage soup

Lots of work, lots of stages. I make it much simpler, boil a ciolanel with many cloves of garlic and 2-3 ozonated onions. I take out the ciolan, and the vegetables we don't eat, they only taste like soup and meat, we put the ozonated cabbage, still two days ago cut and left to dry a little, the texture of the cabbage in soups is much better, we season it with sour cream rubbed with flour and passed through a sieve not to make lumps, we match with ground pepper and good appetite.
