  • 1 green salad;
  • 1/2 boneless chicken breast;
  • 1/2 red bell pepper;
  • 1 tablespoon butter;
  • 2 sprigs of green onion
  • 5 black olives;
  • 1 tablespoon capers;
  • 2 teaspoons mustard;
  • 2 tablespoons oil;
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice;
  • salt, ground pepper

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken salad with chicken breast:

Cut the chicken breast into long strips, salt and pepper and fry for a few minutes in hot butter. Allow to cool. The lettuce is cleaned and washed well, then broken into large pieces by hand, which are placed on a colored plate, I used red for contrast effect. The bell pepper is washed, cleaned and cut into long strips, which are placed over the salad, together with the green onions, cleaned, washed and cut lengthwise into oblique tubes. The olives are also placed from place to place on the plate. Arrange the fried chicken strands in the center. In a bowl, rub the spicy mustard with the oil, then add the lemon juice, salt and pepper from the grinders and capers. All mix to homogenize. The sauce obtained is poured over the salad


Mixed salad with chicken breast

The basis of a healthy diet lies in the consumption of many fresh vegetables, salads being ideal.

To prepare this recipe, you need the following ingredients:

For salad:

  • a hand with valerian
  • 2 chopped lettuce leaves
  • 4-5 cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 2 sliced ​​radishes
  • half a red bell pepper cut into strips
  • a tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  • 500 g of chicken breast cut into strips about the same size
  • 100 g of breadcrumbs
  • 100 g of flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 40 g of sesame seeds
  • oregano
  • thyme
  • rosemary
  • salt and pepper.

The flour, breadcrumbs and sesame seeds are placed in separate bowls.

The oven must be preheated to 200ºC.

Season the chicken strips with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme and rosemary and let them sit for 20-30 minutes.

Then pass them through flour, egg, breadcrumbs, egg and sesame seeds, gently shaking off excess flour or breadcrumbs.

Place the chicken breast pieces on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving little space between the pieces.

Put the tray in the oven for 40 minutes. If you have a ventilation function in the oven, turn it on.

Meanwhile, prepare the salad, mixing all the ingredients mentioned in a bowl.

The chicken is ready when it is slightly browned.

Serve 2-4 strips of chicken with sesame next to the salad.

Chicken can be eaten both hot and cold. It is ideal to be packed.


"Breast" chicken breast salad!

It is a simple, delicious and very good looking salad!

INGREDIENT:

-300-400 g of boiled chicken breast

-4 small pickled cucumbers

-a sprig of green onions

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into cubes. Add the garlic passed through the garlic press, salt and mayonnaise to taste. Stir.

2. The composition of the eggs will be the first layer of the salad. Transfer to a deep salad bowl and spread evenly.

3.Cut the meat cooked in lightly salted water into cubes. Spread it evenly on the surface of the egg layer and cover it with a thin network of mayonnaise.

4. The third layer of the salad will consist of pickled cucumbers, which you have to cut into cubes. Cover them with a fine mayonnaise.

5. Chop the green onion and spread it on the cucumber layer. Don't forget the mayonnaise network!

6. The last layer of the salad will be represented by the cheese given through the large grater.

7. Decorate the salad to your own taste. We garnished it with slices of cherry tomatoes and chopped green onions.

Chicken Breast Salad Soup

Unwrap and wash the lettuce leaves under running water. Break them or cut them into suitable pieces.
Lightly brown the sliced ​​chicken breast in hot oil. Remove the pieces of meat and fry the finely chopped onion in the remaining oil until soft. At the end, add the cleaned and pressed garlic.

Separately, heat the carrot and parsley root in a little oil, clean and cut into thin slices, until soft.
Put the onions and vegetables in a larger bowl. Quench with 2.5-5 l of water, add the lightly browned chicken, a little salt and simmer covered, over low heat, until the meat is done. 5 minutes before it is ready, add the rice and lettuce.

Meanwhile, prepare the lychee by mixing the yolks with the yogurt.
Before being added to the finished soup, dilute the mixture with hot soup, adding little by little, gradually and homogenizing each time, until the temperatures of the two (liezon and soup) are as close as possible.
Pour the diluted link in the soup bowl, in a thin thread and stirring constantly.

Quickly add salt, pepper, lemon juice to taste, add greens and simmer until the soup starts to boil. Set it aside.


Chicken Breast Lettuce

Bake the chicken breast on the grill, turning it two or three times so that it is well penetrated! When it is ready, salt it, pepper it and leave it to cool!

In the meantime, wash the lettuce well and put it in a centrifuge to drain it well and chop it a little! We clean the celery stalk of filaments (with the blade used to clean the potatoes) and cut it into cubes. The central part of the celery (heart) is used, so the shoulders are white and very tender! If you have celery root, it can be replaced very well with a little grated celery (a spoon)!

When the chicken breast has cooled (it may be a little warm) cut into strips! The mayonnaise is emulsified with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper (everything to your personal taste) and mixed with the chicken! Add celery salad, parsley, dill (who has it) and season!

You can use a sliced ​​boiled egg for garnishing!
I only used tomatoes and green olives!

  • Instead of cucumbers, tomatoes or salad can be added without any problem: bell peppers, corn, radishes, sliced ​​carrots.
  • Pay more attention to the meat on the grill. If it is well heated and greased beforehand, the meat can brown very quickly. It is recommended about 5-6 minutes on each side when preparing the chicken.
  • Instead of telemea, you can easily add lean cow's or sheep's cheese, feta cheese or tofu.
  • The preparation can be served with any type of bread, but for a potentiation of the taste, we recommend the bread with seeds.
  • You can also add corn, for a sweet and pleasant taste.
