Parisian gnocchi with bechamel sauce

A more unusual recipe may be, but it's tasty. If you want to make a more special dish, you can also try this recipe. You won t regret!

For gnocchi:

  • 500 ml of milk
  • 160 gr flour
  • 4 eggs
  • A quarter teaspoon of salt

For bechamel sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 500 ml of milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan

RECIPE PREPARATION Parisian gnocchi with bechamel sauce:

First we prepare gnocchi. Bring the milk to a boil. When it starts to boil, add salt and flour and mix vigorously so that no lumps form. Stir until the composition comes off the vessel walls. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Then add the eggs and mix well. Put the composition in pos. In a bowl, boil water. When it boils, pinch the gnocchi in it. Push the composition from the pos and cut with a knife to the desired size.

When the gnocchi rise to the surface, remove them with a whisk and place them in a pan greased with butter. Then prepare the bechamel sauce. Put a bowl on the fire, add butter and flour. Stir constantly until the flour changes color, but very little. Then gradually add the milk. Salt and pepper. Pour the bechamel sauce over the gnocchi. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top. Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C until nicely browned! I hope you enjoy!
