The yeast is mixed with 3 tablespoons of water, sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour.
Put the flour in a bowl, put the yeast mayonnaise in the middle and leave it covered for 10 minutes.
Add water, oil, and mix until soft and elastic, non-sticky. Leave to rise for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle flour on the work table, put the dough and spread a sheet as big as a tray.
The tray is lined with oil and flour and then the dough is spread.
Put the sliced ham and cabano as you wish, the olives, the corn drained of juice and put the grated cheese on top.
Bake for 25-35 minutes.
