- 500 g walnuts;
- a packet of pie sheets;
- 1 or;

- 2 tablespoons of honey.
Method of preparation
Crush the walnut with a rolling pin then mix with the sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Spread the pie sheet a little, put a layer of filling and roll, like an strudel, I do it this way because I prefer this easier and faster. Place the "rolls" in the greased tray, cut them into pieces and grease them with beaten egg. Put them in the oven, I don't know how many and to what degrees, to bake in the stove oven, but I can tell you that I left them until the dough is browned.
Put water with 1 tablespoon of cinnamon, nutmeg and honey to boil and add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Bring to a boil and leave to cool. When the cakes are removed from the oven and are hot pour the syrup over them, and leave for about 15-30 minutes.
