Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Drain the juice and place in a bowl.
Add the minced meat, eggs, semolina, dill, salt, pepper and mix well to incorporate all the ingredients well.
Heat a frying pan with oil and shape the meatballs with wet hands and fry them.
When they are browned, take them out on a plate lined with a napkin to absorb the oil.
We serve them with what we want.
