Potato bread

Put the potato to boil, when it is cooked, grind it well and add salt.

Put flour and yeast in a bowl and mix well.

Add the potato and add warm water little by little, until we get a suitable dough. At the end, knead well with the oil.

Leave to rise for 40 -45 minutes, place in a tray with baking paper and leave to rise for another 30 minutes.

Place in the preheated oven on the right heat for about 40 minutes.
