Bread croquettes with potatoes and feta cheese

We clean the potatoes, wash them well, cut them into cubes and put them to boil.

After they have boiled, drain them well, put them in a bowl, add the cheese and pass well until a puree is formed. Add salt to taste, egg and gradually flour (if necessary add more flour) until we get a dough that we can shape.

Shape the croquettes, put them in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs and fry them in hot oil, then take them out on a napkin to absorb the oil.
