Simple Apple Cake

Peel the apples and cut into slices about 5 millimeters thick.

grease the cake pan with butter and put a cup full of sugar on its bottom (I used a 250g cup)

place the apple slices over the sugar.

insert the tray into the preheated oven.

Then make a puddle of 6 eggs, 6 tablespoons sugar, 6 tablespoons flour and baking powder.

When the top is ready, remove the tray with the apples from the oven (in the meantime the apples have started to ripen) and pour over the apples.

Keep in the oven until the top is baked (or until it comes off the edges of the tray)

After I take it out of the oven, turn the cake over on a plate and so the apples will be on top and the top under.



Apple cake recipe with vanilla and chocolate

Very often we use this type of cake without baking and quite quickly to prepare. They are perfect, especially when we have to prepare a plate with several cakes.

Biscuits are always at hand, as are apples.

And the vanilla cream I chose to make it simple, without eggs. It is made of milk with starch and butter, plus a little whipped cream.

Chocolate icing is also easy and quick to prepare.

As for the apples, I had them in the jar after the fall This Recipe. I just heated them, added a little butter and cinnamon and the cream was ready.

But now was the first time I made it in the biscuit version. The biscuits changed the look a little and brought an extra taste. They also have their own taste and aroma.

Simple cake with pudding and fruit

Having some strawberries in the house, the other day I wanted to make something sweet. So I prepared a simple cake, made of sponge cake, fruit, pudding and cream.

  • 6 eggs
  • about 7 strawberries
  • 2 bananas (if you don't have one, you can also use apples, as I did)
  • a vanilla pudding
  • 700 ml of milk
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • an envelope of gelatin
  • compote juice, syrup or apple juice to syrup the top (about 300 ml)

Sponge cake is prepared as follows:

Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat until they form a strong foam, so that, if you lift the bowl with the bottom up, it will not fall. Then add 6 tablespoons of sugar in a row. Without beating the egg whites, add the egg yolks, stirring lightly with a wooden spoon, until smooth.

Then add the 6 tablespoons of flour, one by one, stirring slowly, after each tablespoon, in circular motions, from bottom to top. Grease a tart pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. Then pour sponge cake compositions into it and put in the preheated oven at 150 degrees (medium). Leave it for about 15 minutes, but check with a toothpick if it is baked, before taking it out of the oven. If, after putting the toothpick in it, you take it out clean, it means that it is baked inside as well.

While it is baking, make the pudding: boil 500 ml of milk, but take about 30 ml of it beforehand. Pudding powder is mixed in a plate with 2 tablespoons of sugar and milk (30 ml). When it is about to boil the milk, add the composition from the plate and stir continuously until it thickens.

Strawberries and bananas are cut (strawberries in length and bananas & # 8211 rounds). In my case, I had apples, not bananas, cut the apples into small pieces and boil them in water for half an hour, adding, at the end, 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Remove the top and syrup well, with the juice in which the apples were boiled, or with apple juice or other syrup.

Then put a layer of bananas or apples, pour the pudding on top, stretch and straighten.

After it has cooled, add the strawberry slices.

Then put a layer of gelatin and garnish with whipped cream, which you can take in a tube, or make from whipped cream powder with 200 ml of milk.

To look better, I also put a blackberry in the middle.


Apple cake

If it's a sweet weekend, the weather doesn't help us stay away from the kitchen at all :).

I think the apple cake is the simplest cake (maybe the cheapest) and to make it easier to prepare, I present the simplified version of the recipe.

  • 6-7 apples
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons cold water
  • 6 tablespoons sugar tip + 150g for caramelized
  • 1 baking powder knife tip

Peel the apples and remove the seeds.

Put 200g of sugar in a saucepan or pot with a diameter of about 26cm and caramelize it over low heat then turn the pan on one side and the other to cover the edges with melted sugar.

Preheat the oven to 170g C and place the apples in the pan then put it in the oven for 15 minutes.

Beat the egg whites until foamy, then gradually add the sugar and water and mix well.

Add the yolks, mix, then gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder.

Put the top over the ripe apples, level lightly and bake for another 20 minutes.

For more safety we test with the toothpick.

Remove the cake, let it cool and warmly turn it over on a plate (put the plate over the pan and then turn it over slightly).

Let it cool completely for 1 hour

Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon. I hurried to the maximum and it didn't turn out so nice :)

Pay attention to the amount of caramelized sugar. The longer it is, the more syrupy the cake will be. I didn't put enough on it because I didn't want it to be so sweet.
