Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they harden and then add 4 tablespoons of sugar and mixture. Do this until I finish the 18 tablespoons of sugar. Then I put the yolks and mix well and then I pour the oil. Stir until smooth.

The next step is to put the flour little by little, mixing lightly with a wooden spoon.

Then add the baking powder and vanilla sugar and mix. At the end I put the milk to thin the composition. Pour the composition obtained in a tray lined with baking paper. Place the cherries cut in half on top of the composition.

Place the tray in the preheated oven and leave for 30-40 minutes at 175 degrees C. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
