House cheese

For the recipe, I was inspired by

  • 1l milk
  • 1kg cottage cheese
  • 150 g sheep cheese
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda

Servings: -

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


The cow's cheese is put in boiling milk and then drained.

After draining well, mix with sheep's cheese, baking soda and salt.

Melt the butter and then add the cheese, mix it until it is a spreading paste, pour it into a pot and leave it to cool.
