Tiramisu original recipe with whipped cream

  • 400 g of cocoa biscuits
  • 350 ml hard coffee + 100 ml Amaretto
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 4 yolks
  • 80 g old powder
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 300 ml liquid cream
  • 1 vial free of rum
  • 40 g Nesquik / cocoa

Mix the yolks with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until it doubles in volume and the sugar melts completely. Add the mascarpone and mix lightly with a spoon. Separately mix the whipped cream and gradually add a tablespoon of the yolk cream and mascarpone. rum essence is added.

Assembly:

A row of syrupy biscuits, a row of cream and so on until we finish. (I had 3 rows of cream and 3 rows of biscuits)

Powder with cocoa / nesquik and leave to cool for a few hours.
