Snow White cake

Snow White cake

It was:

  • 2 eggs, an ammonium sachet for cakes,
  • 7 tablespoons sugar,
  • 7 tablespoons oil,
  • 7 tablespoons milk,
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • vanilla essence,
  • lemon essence,
  • lemon peel,
  • 500 g flour
  • Cream:
  • 1 liter of milk,
  • 3 sachets of vanilla sugar,
  • a cup of sugar,
  • the cane does it,
  • a packet of Rama Maestro 250g margarine,
  • juice from two lemons

Servings: 12

Preparation time: over 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Snow White Cake:


  • I started with the sheets. I rubbed the eggs with the sugar, then added the rest of the ingredients and mixed well until a dough formed. When it hardened, I kneaded the dough with my hands, then divided it into 4 pieces.

  • I spread the dough on the back of the tray very thin, I pricked the dough with a fork and put it in the oven for 10 minutes.

  • I left the sheets to cool and, in the meantime, I prepared the cream.

  • I put the sugar and flour in the milk, mixing well. I mixed all the ingredients before putting them on the fire, so that no lumps form, then I put it on the fire, stirring continuously, until it thickened. When it was ready, I took it off the heat and added the diced margarine, incorporating it well into the cream, then I added the lemon juice, little by little, so that it would not cut.

  • I let the cream cool a bit, then I assembled the cake and sprinkled powdered sugar.
