When I have too much cheese from the country and we don't eat it anymore, I turn it into something sweet, of course.
- 5 eggs;
- 16 tablespoons oil;
- 16 tablespoons milk;
- 16 tablespoons sugar;
- a pinch of salt;
- 22 tablespoons flour;
- a baking powder.
- 1 kg of unsalted cheese;
- 150 g brown raisins;
- 250 g sugar;
- 5 eggs.
- For decoration:
- powdered sugar.

RECIPE PREPARATION Molded cake with cheese and raisins:
In a bowl put all the ingredients in the written order (on the counter), then mix until smooth. Pour half of the dough into a pan greased with oil and place in the oven to thicken slightly.
Prepare the filling, mixing all the ingredients.
Remove the tray from the oven and put the filling, then pour the other half of the dough and put it back in the oven until it browns nicely. Remove the tray and leave the cake to cool, then powder with sugar.
When the second layer of dough is poured, it is not uniform with a spoon, but it is left to sit on its own.
