Rice meatballs

I saw the recipe at Oana's earlier and I really wanted to try it. Some very tasty and fine meatballs came out to taste.

  • 125 g of rice
  • 1 or
  • 50 g grated cheese
  • 50 g melted butter
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • green dill
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


The rice is boiled. Leave for about 15 + 20 minutes, so it should not crumble. It is cooled and drained in a strainer.

In a bowl, beat the egg well with the sour cream and melted butter, with salt and pepper. Add over the rice together with the breadcrumbs and finely chopped dill. Leave for about 15 minutes until cooked. In this way we will no longer have a soft composition, with a firm one from which meatballs are modeled that are given through breadcrumbs and fried in hot oil.
