Chicken ciulama with mushrooms

The chicken breast is washed and deboned.

In a 2l saucepan. boil the chicken breast.

After frothing I add the vegetables.

The vegetables are cleaned, washed and left whole.

When the meat and vegetables are cooked, take them out.

The meat is cut into cubes.

Put flour and milk in a bowl.

Mix well, not to remain lumpy and add it to the paper, over the soup in which the chicken was cooked with the vegetables.

Add the oil.

Boil over medium heat until slightly thickened (like sour cream).

Match salt, pepper and serve with hot polenta or bread.
