Preparation Fish soup

The fish is cleaned and cut into pieces, and the vegetables, after being cleaned, are cut into cubes.

Fry the onion in oil, then add the carrot.

After they have softened, add the peppers, potatoes and celery stalk.

You can now also add tomato paste, then add water.

After the vegetables are cooked, add the fish pieces.

Boil only a little. Then add the rice and tomatoes and keep it on the heat for a while.

At the end, add the finely chopped parsley and larch.

Fish soup sour to taste with lemon juice or borscht.
