After the gelatin has swelled, add it to the pan with the hot tea (not boiling or too cool). Stir quickly until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Add honey to taste. Pour this mixture into the ice tray from the freezer or other containers, depending on the shape you want to give to the jelly.

If you do not have special shapes, you can pour the composition into a rectangular tray (to finally cut the jelly into small squares).

Refrigerate the dish and let the composition set for at least 3 hours. It is best to leave it overnight.

Alternative to animal gelatin

Instead of animal gelatin, you can use agar-agar, a type of vegetable gelling agent (obtained from red seaweed), which can be found in health food stores, in the form of powder or flakes. Although it is a little more expensive, it has many health benefits.

  2. For cream 1, mix in a bowl the cream cheese with the mascarpone. Separately, melt the chocolate on a bain-marie. Let it cool for 1-2 minutes, then gradually homogenize in the cheese mixture with a silicone paddle.

  4. We prepare cream 2, we proceed in a similar way. Homogenize the cream cheese with the mascarpone, then with melted white chocolate on a bain-marie.

How to make cream cheese?

While the countertop was cooling, I prepared the cream cheese. I used 1 kg bucket cheese, but you can also use plain cow cheese (as for papanas) or cream cheese. If it is very dry and coarse then it would be good to process it a little with the blender to make it finer.

Careful! Never empty the box or bucket of cheese (cream cheese or mascarpone) directly into the composition! They contain whey which has nothing to do with a cream, moreover, you risk it being cut. We open the box, drain the whey and then continue the recipe.

I frothed the butter at room temperature, added the powdered sugar, vanilla, salt and finally all the cheese. I mixed the cream with the spatula until it was perfectly blended. What fine vanilla flavors it has!

I evenly spread the cheese composition over the dough and smoothed it. I covered everything with a larger tray or food foil (not to touch the cream) and put the Fanta Cake in the fridge for 6-8 hours or even overnight. Prepare the work front, two tablespoons and heat the oven to 180 ° C. We start to put a spoonful of the white composition and over it a spoonful of the cocoa composition and so on, until we finish both compositions. Bake (static) for one hour. Don't be tempted to leave more, even if the composition seems softer in the middle. Turn off the heat and let the cake cool in the oven, otherwise it may crack.

After it has cooled, prepare the jelly on top from filtered orange juice, a little vanilla sugar and Tortagel, to set quickly. It can also be prepared with normal gelatin, but in this case we have to wait until the gelatin starts to thicken a little, then it spreads on the surface of the cake. Cut with a sharp knife and a thin blade, possibly kept in warm water, then wipe with a napkin.

4. Add 6 liters of water, 1 kg of sugar and 30 g of lemon salt to the filtered juice. Mix well and pour the juice into bottles to soak for about an hour.

I've had this recipe for a while, but I didn't try it until last week. I finally made time to prepare it. I got a delicious and delicate cake, to the liking of the whole family.

Ingredient:
