Italian salad

Put the two halves of bell peppers in the pan on baking paper and keep them in the oven for 10 minutes, after they have cooled, peel them and cut them into juliennes.

Vinegar with water, bay leaf, salt, pepper, put everything in a bowl on the fire and when it boils add the finely chopped mushrooms and onions.

We cut the zucchini into thicker slices and brown them in olive oil, at the end we add the crushed garlic and a little basil

Serve the peppers, zucchini slices, mushrooms on the plate, decorate with green basil and sprinkle with lemon on top.
