Walnut biscuits

In a bowl, mix the foam, powdered sugar, salt powder and the 2 eggs. Add flour, cooled coffee, baking powder quenched in vinegar, and finally chopped walnuts.

Using a teaspoon, form lumps in a tray lined with baking paper and bake (preheated) for about 15 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven, letting the biscuits cool in it.

decoration : we put the chocolate in a bag and we put it in boiled water, for 3-4 minutes, that is until the chocolate melts. Remove the bag from the boiled water and let it cool (4-5 minutes). Cut a small corner of the bag with scissors and form dashes over the biscuits. Simple everything! :)

70ml vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 3 medium mashed bananas, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 120g chopped walnuts, 160g oatmeal, 150g raisins

Method of preparation:

Preheat the oven to 190C and prepare several baking trays.

Mix oatmeal with raisins, nuts and salt. In a separate bowl, mix the mashed bananas with the oil and vanilla, then add them over the dry ingredients and mix well. Let it sit for 15 minutes.

Put a tablespoon of the composition in the baking trays at equal intervals. Bake the biscuits for 15 minutes. Cool them on a grill.

Biscuits with white chocolate, cranberries and nuts

Preheat the oven to 170C and prepare two trays with baking paper.

Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla with the mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, and gradually incorporate the flour and baking powder.

Add the chocolate pieces, the cranberries and the walnuts and mix to incorporate them.

Form 20 large balls of this dough and place them on the trays. With the palm of your hand, flatten them until you form a 1cm thick disc.

Bake the biscuits for 18-20 minutes, rotating the trays halfway through the baking time. Let them cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then take them out on a grill.

ingredients:

120g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
75g brown sugar
70g soft butter
1 pinch of salt
Chocolate flakes
40g raisins
75g finely ground walnuts
1 or
1/2 teaspoon gingerbread spices
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

Method of preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 190 & ordmC (170 & ordmC with fan or step 3) line the tray with waxed paper.
2. Mix in a bowl flour with baking powder, sugar, butter, salt, ground walnuts, raisins, chocolate flakes, egg and spices for gingerbread and grated lemon peel. Mix all the ingredients with the mixer until you get a homogeneous dough.
3. Using two teaspoons, cut the dough into 12 weights, directly into the tray, at a distance of 3 cm from each other.

4. Bake the walnut biscuits for 12-15 minutes. Take them out of the oven and let them cool completely on a cake rack.

American biscuits with pecans or simply walnut biscuits is the recipe you will fall in love with. It's a simple recipe, nothing sophisticated. But you know what they say about simple things, don't you? I can bring a lot of joy! And our biscuits really bring joy because they are tender, flavorful and have pecans, so they also come with a dose of health.

Pecans abound in minerals and vitamins beneficial to eyesight and eyes in general, strengthen the immune system and help digestion. But pecans also contain calcium, so they help strengthen bones and teeth. Clean health!

Put a pan on the fire. Pour water, sugar and soft butter into it. After dissolving and combining all the ingredients, transfer to a bowl and add the powdered milk. Mix with the mixer at high speed until a smooth mass is obtained. Finely crush the biscuits, then add them to the previously prepared mixture. Proceed in the same way with the nuts (you can replace the nuts with nuts if you want).
