Put the flour in the kneading bowl and in the middle of it make a nest in which you put the crushed yeast, sugar, salt, vanilla, egg and a little warm milk. Mix well until the sugar dissolves, incorporating the flour, little by little. Gradually add the warm milk and incorporate all the flour, then add the butter and oil, kneading and beating the dough to become non-sticky and elastic, suitable for soft.
Cover the dough with a clean towel and leave it in the heat, away from cold drafts until it increases and doubles in volume.
Remove the dough on a well-floured board, knead a little more flour to give it more volume and become firmer, then divide it into four equal parts and spread the first sheet, up to 1 cm thick.
Put jam / jam with the teaspoon, from place to place, cover the sheet with another and cut the donuts with the special shape, taking care that the pile of jam / jam is in the middle.
Take each donut and stick it around, then leave it on the board to grow a little more.
Because it was hard to spread out two sheets, and then overlap them, I made the other donuts differently. I cut dough circles with a special shape, put the jam in the middle and then covered them with other dough circles. I glued the circles around and then let them grow.

When they are nicely browned on both sides, take them with a spatula and place them in a pre-prepared bowl. Sprinkle with powdered sugar in which a vanilla sachet has been previously mixed.
Do the same until all the donuts are fried.
It is preferable to eat hot, plain, or with a cup of milk.
Donuts stuffed with strawberry jam

If the oil is not hot, the donut will remain thick and will retain a lot of oil. It is also important to be patient and let the donuts leaven even after they are cut.
However, a few donuts will definitely be stubborn and won't make that fluffy hole in the middle, but that's not a problem. They're super tasty anyway.
Method of preparation
In the pot of the mixer with the support for kneaded, add the flour, yeast, sugar, oil and start working gradually, add the eggs, water and spices and knead for about 10 -12 minutes until a nice, slightly sticky dough is formed. In another pot, transfer the dough and sprinkle it with a little flour and leave it to rise for an hour until it doubles in volume.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C and bake them for 15 minutes or until they are nicely browned. We take them out, let them cool a bit and with a syringe we inject the soft jam into the donut and sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
Here whoever wants instead of jam can add nutella or a vanilla cream and on top they can soak in melted chocolate or candies as desired. Usually the donuts come fried in deep oil, but so cooked they are healthier and just as tasty. We have the feast of lights and donuts are the most sought after. Good appetite.

Diet donuts filled with Raureni strawberry jam
In a large bowl, mix the flour with the yeast. Separately, beat the egg with the sugar, warm milk and 50 grams of butter.
