Apple cake

First the apples are washed and passed through a large grater, after which the dough is prepared as follows:

Beat eggs with the mixer and gradually add the sugar, then add the milk and oil. Add salt and vanilla sugar.

Extinguish the baking powder with steel or lemon juice and add it in composites, then add flour until you get a thicker cream dough.

Put half of the obtained dough in a large stove pan greased with oil and lined with flour and bake for a few minutes. Do not allow to harden on top.

Squeeze the apples and place evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with sugar and a little cinnamon, and put the rest of the dough on top so that it covers the entire surface of the tray.

Put it back in the oven until it passes the toothpick test.

Powder with cinnamon and vanilla sugar.
