Dissolve the yeast in warm milk. Beat the eggs with the vanilla sugar sachet, the sugar spoon and the baking powder sachet. Over the eggs add the milk and then the flour and cinnamon. Knead a soft but non-sticky dough, cover it with a kitchen towel and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 3 parts.
We spread a part of the dough, we grease it with butter with the blade of a knife and we fold it in 3.
We cut thin strips, approx. of 1 cm. and twist the strip, then tie it. Put the snails in a pan greased with oil.
Put the snails in the preheated oven, at 180 degrees C, for 30-35 minutes.
While the snails are in the oven, make the syrup: put 3 cups of boiling water, when it boils, set it aside and add the honey. You can put more, if you want, according to everyone's taste.
As soon as we take the snails out of the oven, we pour a syrup of polish over them. I let them 3-4 min. to absorb the syrup, after which we turn them on the other side and leave them for another 4-5 minutes.
Powder with powdered sugar.
The biscuit cake has the same taste as the biscuit salami, only the presentation is more festive. I also added chocolate for a more special taste. What can be an advantage is that it is a delicious cake prepared very quickly and you never fail with it.
