Apple pancakes

Apple pancakes

In a large bowl I beat the 4 eggs with a pinch of salt. They don't have to be beaten very much, just enough to homogenize. I added the milk, soft butter, essence and beat again until well mixed. I added the flour together with the baking powder. The composition begins to become consistent as we add flour. Then I put the grated apples (I peeled them before), cinnamon powder and a little powdered sugar to taste.

I heated a pan well. My pan is special for pancakes, it's quite large, so I baked 2-3 pancakes at the same time. I put about 2 tablespoons of the composition for each pancake. There is no need to stretch it because it is easily left, as long as it is needed.

The fluffy pancakes bake very quickly, so after about 1 minute we turn them on the other side and leave a little until they turn golden. Being with apples in the composition, they are served very ok and simple, but I chose to put strawberry topping on them.
