Fish meatballs

Boil the fish in salted water, bay leaf, sage, peppercorns, 10 minutes, then strain, debone the fish, after it has cooled well put it in a blender with eggs, cheese, garlic, greens, salt, pepper, then turn over composition in a bowl, form meatballs or take from the composition with a spoon if it is soft, put in the pan on baking paper, drip on each olive oil and leave in the oven for 20-30 minutes

We serve them hot but also cold, they are good with seasonal salad.
