We prepare the shells.
In a bowl, rub with a whisk, soft butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
Add one egg at a time. Mix well after each egg, until well incorporated.
At the end, add flour and mix with a wooden spatula.
We put the obtained dough in a pocket bag and form small lumps, in a tray covered with baking paper.
Put in the oven at 180 ° C, about 10-12 minutes.
In the meantime, we make the cream. Melt the chocolate with the butter and add the ground walnuts.
Remove the shells from the oven, leave to cool.
About 100 shells come out. We look for the pair in each one and glue them with cream.
Decorate with melted chocolate.
