Mushroom cream soup

My daughter is a big fan of cream soups. As a result, for this Sunday lunch, I quickly made this delicious soup.

  • 500 g fresh mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 large potato
  • 1 parsnip
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Mushroom Cream Soup:

All vegetables are cleaned, washed, cut into large pieces and boiled.

When they are ready, pass them to the blender.

Match the taste with salt and pepper and pour a drizzle of oil.

Serve with croutons and possibly cream.
