  • 3 onions
  • 3 bell peppers (red and yellow)
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 celery
  • 1/2 zucchini

  • 4 large tomatoes

RECIPE PREPARATION Vegetable pots with mushrooms:

I washed all the vegetables and cut them into cubes, I put the tomatoes (I had them from the garden) through a grater. I put 5 tablespoons of oil in a pot and the first time the onion let it soften. . I added the carrot, the pepper, the celery, the zucchini and the mushrooms one by one and let it boil. After they boiled, I put the grated tomatoes and let them boil for another 10 minutes, I salted and peppered them. Good appetite!
