The 10 pieces of salmon are prepared for frying.
Put flour in a tray. See pictures.
The salmon is salted and peppered on the inside and on the outside.
Then roll in flour.
Then in two large pans heat the Rama well, divided for the two trays.
Fry well, two pieces in each pan.
Those that are ready are placed in a large baking tray at 150 ° C until the rest is prepared.
When ready, serve with salads.
We served it with potato salad and cabbage salad.
First fry over high heat, then reduce the temperature.
It can be served with any kind of salad.
