- 500 gr chicken liver
- 1 cup milk
- 30 gr butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- freshly ground red pepper
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- green parsley
- lemon juice to taste
- polenta for serving

RECIPE PREPARATION Fried chicken liver:
We clean the liver well of the skins, we wash it well and we drain it.
We put it in a bowl and pour the milk. Cover the bowl and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
