Who doesn't like strawberry jam? I think all sweet lovers like it. Almost two 400 g jars came out, but I didn't make them for the winter, but to enjoy them now.

Wash the strawberries and remove their tails. Put them in a bowl and add the sugar over them. Bring to a boil over low heat until tender.

Pour the jam hot into the washed and dried jars and put the lids on them, squeezing them well.

If you want the jam to last longer, boil the jars (when the jam is hot) in the oven in a pan with water, or on the fire, in a bowl with water. Careful, the water must also be hot so as not to break the jars.

Boil for 30-40 minutes.

Leave to cool in that water or wrap in beds, leaving to cool for 1-2 days.
