Crock-Pot slow cooker apple pie

The apples are cleaned, cut into slices, put in the ceramic bowl of the Crock-Pot slow cooker together with the brown sugar and cinnamon, for 30 minutes in the LOW program.

Meanwhile, beat the eggs vigorously with the brown sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Add, alternating, coconut oil and milk.

After they have incorporated well, add the sifted flour together with the baking powder.

Pour the dough obtained in a tray lined with parchment paper.

Place the flavored apples on top of the dough in the pan.

Insert the baking tray in the preheated oven, over high heat, 200 degrees, approx. 10 minutes, then at the right heat, 180 degrees, for approx. 30 minutes.

After passing the toothpick test, remove the tray from the oven, leave to cool in the pan and then powder with vanilla powdered sugar.
