Since I had nothing or cooked and a piece of fresh salmon, I thought of cooking it. A quick and fooooarte tasty dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of salmon chop
  • Marinade:
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon top fish spices
  • 1 vf.lingurita basil
  • 1 vf. teaspoon mint green
  • pepper
  • 50 ml. White wine
  • Vegetables:
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Method of preparation

Balsamic vinegar, fish spices, basil, mint, pepper and wine are mixed.

Put the washed fish in a bowl and pour over the marinade.

Leave in the fridge for an hour to blend the flavors.

After an hour, fry the fish in the dry cooker pan for 3-4 minutes on each side.

The vegetables are washed, dried, cut into juliennes and put in the hot oil in a saucepan.

Saute for 4-5 minutes, turning them, moving the wook.

When they are ready, take them out on the plate, salt them, pepper them and serve them hot with the fish.

1 orange
1 red grapefruit
1/4 fennel
1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper

Method of preparation
Roses are rolled from smoked salmon.
The white part of the fennel is cut into cubes, pour over it a mixture of balsamic vinegar sauce, oil, salt and pepper.

For salmon

  • Portion and then marinate the salmon fillets for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and first fry the salmon fillet on the skin side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Turn the fillet over, reduce the heat and sprinkle with Teriyaki sauce so that the skin gets a shiny appearance.

For vegetables

  • Then lightly fry on all sides until it gets a caramelized crust, remove from the pan and keep warm.

Have you ever wondered what the connection is between salmon and depression? Well, scientists claim that regular consumption of salmon reduces the risk of depression.

The brain is made up of 60% fat, and much of that fat is Omega-3 fatty acid called DHA, which is essential for brain function and a healthy nervous system. Regular consumption of salmon is associated with a reduced risk and incidence of depression. It is also salmon that reduces hostility among young adults and decreases cognitive decline in the elderly.

So, take advantage of the many benefits of salmon meat and prepare this delicious salmon recipe with vegetables prepared in baking paper packages right now.


For the marinade, peel the ginger and grate it finely. Soy sauce, Mirin, Sake, sugar, honey and paprika are brought to a boil, simmer for approx. 5 minutes and leave to cool. The salmon fillets are washed, buffered and left to marinate for approx. 30 min.

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it in half. For the dressing, the chili pepper is halved in length, emptied of seeds, washed and cut into fine rings. Mix the lime juice and grated peel, 2 tablespoons of oil and chili, and season with salt, pepper and cumin. Mix the cucumber with the dressing.

Pine seeds are browned without oil in a non-stick pan. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and fry in the remaining hot oil on both sides for about 8 minutes.
