Pasta with sausages and melted cheese

I boiled the water, and when it boiled I added the pasta, a little salt and boiled them for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

I put a little oil in a pan, I added the sausage sausages cut into smaller pieces, I hardened them for 2-3 minutes, then I drained the oil and I added melted cheese, thyme and a few tablespoons of pasta water.

I let the sauce boil for 7-8 minutes, then I added the pasta and left it on the fire for a few more minutes. at the end, I added larger chopped parsley.

I'm glad to see that more and more diet girls are starting to cook their own recipes. Or start from some basic recipes and from there adapt to your own tastes and desires.

This is a wonderful thing! But that also means a challenge for me, having to try different recipes.

This time, for today's recipe, I was inspired by a classic recipe (for those who do not follow a diet), prepared by Monica I., one of my dear virtual friends! The result was extremely delicious and I'm glad something special came out!

Nutritional scale - starting Monday

Wheat ingredient:

- 1 lg defatted Greek yogurt

- 3-4 lg xylitol sweetener (to taste)

Bulgarian ingredients:

-250 g of fine skimmed cheese

- 3-4 lg xylitol sweetener (to taste)

- 1 lgt konjac flour (or 1 lg cornstarch)

Preparation:

Mix the cheese with the rest of the ingredients and let it cool for 10-12 minutes.

In the meantime, we're preparing the countertop. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of hard foam salt.

In a separate bowl, mix the yolks with the yogurt, sweetener, cake essence and baking powder. We integrate this composition in the egg white foam. Add to this the oat bran and powdered milk, pouring one by one with the spoon and mixing from top to bottom carefully.

To form the lumps we take the cheese and form with a spoon small lumps in the tray in which we are going to bake the sponge cake (seen in the picture).

After we have formed 5-6 lumps (to be bigger) we pour over the top. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes (toothpick test).

N e c e s a r e:
200g tricolor pasta
80g mozzarella
50g homemade cheese
50g melted cheese
salt
sunflower oil.

P r e p a r a r e:
I cooked the pasta according to the instructions on the package. I drained them, passed them under a stream of cold water and sprinkled them with a little oil. I moved them in a wok, for the reason of avoiding sticking the cheeses to the walls of the vessel as much as possible during heating. :))

I put mozzarella pasta, homemade cheese (I had sheep cheese) and put it on low heat until the cheeses melted. Before extinguishing the fire, I put the melted cheese and mixed a little more so that it is evenly distributed.

Cream: 1 liter of milk, 3 sachets of vanilla sugar, a cup of sugar, a cup of flour, a packet of Rama Maestro margarine 250g, juice from two lemons

This month, my friend Paula, is the host of the Sweet Romania challenge. She challenged us to cook with walnuts and cocoa. As I used the walnut for the Moldavian martyrs, I said that I have to introduce myself with the second ingredient - cocoa.
I've been thinking about a tiramisu for a long time ... but since my husband doesn't like biscuits, I have to replace them with two much more delicious tops! And for that I thank my colleague Doina, my very skilled Moldovan colleague :))

Ingredient:

4 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon grated baking powder
Syrup:
300 ml water
175 g sugar
1 esenta rom
Cream:
400 g sweet cow's cheese (from Pilos)
500 g liquid cream

I first prepared the syrup: I put the water and sugar on the fire, stirring gently until the sugar melted, and from the moment it started to boil I let it boil for 10 minutes, without disturbing it. I let the syrup cool, then I added the rum essence.
I prepared two worktops in turn: I separated the eggs, I whipped the egg whites, then I added the sugar, mixing continuously until the sugar crystals melted. I put the yolks one by one, continuing the mixing. I added the flour in the rain, mixing with a spoon, from the bottom up, at the end I incorporated the baking powder.
