Chocolate cake

Step 1: milk, chocolate, butter, sugar (150g) and cocoa put them in a bowl on the fire and leave them until the chocolate melts, then let them cool

Step 2: separate the egg whites from the yolks and mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt and a spoonful of sugar, and in another bowl mix the yolks with a spoonful of sugar and vanilla sugar

Step 3: pour the milk composition over the yolks, mix well, then add the flour (250g + 2lg) mixed with the baking powder, add the lemon juice and mix well


Step 4: incorporate the egg whites into the composition obtained with a spoon

Put everything in a pan greased with butter and put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.

Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool, then portion it and serve it simple or with ice cream
