Baked zucchini with tzatziki sauce

Baked zucchini in a crispy, egg-free and very low-oil coating. Breaded zucchini in crispy crust in the oven recipe step by step.

Tomorrow, early in the morning, we go on a long-awaited (and well-deserved) vacation. And since until then we really have to eat something, we chose a zamă (I know that where we go we will miss, at some point, the Romanian soups), namely the soup of lettuce. The second way, a tasty vegetarian dish that fully activates our "holiday mode": crispy slices of baked pumpkin bread , along with a sauce tzatziki, fragrant and so refreshing.

Well, I think the main course of our simple menu today has given you enough clues to deduce that we are leaving for Greece. We traveled a lot, but nowhere did we rest as fully as in Greece. Fresh fish, seafood, olives like you can't find anywhere and thick, green and spicy olive oil, crispy pumpkin, feta and halloumi sprinkled with honey & # 8230 and tzatziki! More than two weeks of total relaxation and delicious food await us.

And now, let's go back to today's recipe: slices of breaded pumpkin, baked. I chose zucchini, those with dark green skin, because they have a lower water content than the classic, Romanian ones. The washers will come out crispier. Baked pumpkin recipe does not contain egg and you will see, it has a very low oil content. On top of that, everything is prepared very easily and quickly & # 8230.

As you can see in the video, it is a simple recipe and goes very well with the Turkish kebab recipe or with any other food, which is prepared with very few ingredients.

I won't write much about it tzatziki or cacik recipe, as I will explain in the video recipe, is the same thing, only that tzatziki is in Greek, and CACIK in Turkish. At the top you find the approximate calories per serving.

The 128 calories are calculated at about 300 grams of CACIK

This sauce can go very well with any meat dish, but I recommend you try it with nut or Falafel meatballs.
