RECIPE PREPARATION Mushrooms with nettles in the oven:

In a frying pan with oil, heat the finely chopped onion and sliced ​​mushrooms, after a few minutes add the well-cleaned, well-washed nettles, scalded for 5 minutes, drained and cut, then the crushed garlic and the rice.
