When you have a few fried sausages left over from dinner, make a tasty cake for breakfast :)
- 3 eggs
- 100 g sour cream
- 100 ml oil
- 100 ml of milk
- 200 g flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 2 carrots
- 4-5 fried sausages
- 1 capsicum / fat pepper
- 1 onion

First, cut the fried sausages into thin slices. Grate the carrots, chop the peppers and onions into small cubes.
Beat eggs with a whisk, add salt, pepper and spices, then add sour cream, oil and milk and beat for 2-3 minutes until well incorporated.
Add flour and baking powder, and finally vegetables and sausages.
Wallpaper a cake form with baking paper, pour the composition and put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
You can add other vegetables depending on your preferences.
The ingredients are for a single cake.

"T.F.R." that is, New Year's Eve Steak. It may not be traditional for you, but in my family it has become traditional. I first prepared this muscle 12 years ago. Since then I have prepared it every New Year's Eve and beyond. To me it became "T.F.R." . It is not a strict recipe, I prepare it "by ear". However, this year I wrote down the ingredients, temperatures and baking times so that I can describe the Pork Meat stuffed with Carnati! However, you do not have to follow the recipe exactly, replace the ingredients to your liking)
1 Muscle fillets about 2 kg.
2 Smoked and dried sausages longer than muscle
1 glass of semi-sweet red wine
5-6 cloves of garlic
1.5 teaspoons of salt
Pepper, Sweet Pepper, Thyme
A healthy spoonful of lard
1 glass of water
For the garnish puree, 2kg. of White Potatoes, a "nut" of Butter and 100 ml. Fat cream for cooking.
Very simple. We drill the muscle from one end to the other with the help of a long and thin knife. Through the hole created, we will pass a sausage previously greased with a little lard or oil. To slide easier. Then we make another hole parallel to the first one. We also fill this one with smoked sausage. Let the ends of the sausages stick out of the muscles at both ends.
Mix the salt and the rest of the spices well with lard, then grease the muscle well with that lard. We spread it well everywhere.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Pour wine and water into the oven tray. Place the breaded and greased muscle with all the spices and next to it we place the onions cut into quarters, the garlic, a sprig of thyme (if you have any) and if there are any leftover, some sausage. Cover with aluminum foil and send in the oven for an hour. When the time has expired, put the foil aside, turn the muscle, cover again with foil and leave for another hour in the oven.
Pancakes Filled with Smoked Sausages
Put in the blender the 5 tablespoons of flour, egg, yeast and salt and a little mineral water and turn to maximum speed. Gradually add mineral water until you reach the desired consistency of the pancake dough. Add the 50 ml of oil to the composition.
Bake the pancakes in the Teflon tray without adding oil. We get (that is how much I got) 10 pancakes. Grease each pancake with a thin layer of mustard, put a piece of smoked cream on top of the diameter of the pancake and roll the pancake.
We put the pancake thus filled in a bowl
heat-resistant previously greased with butter (margarine). Separately beat the 3 eggs with a fork, add sour cream and mix until smooth. Season with salt and white pepper to taste and pour the composition over the pancakes placed in the bowl. Put the grated cheese on top. In the preheated oven, insert the pan with pancakes and let it cook over medium heat until the composition thickens and becomes nicely golden on top.
It is served as an aperitif or even as a hearty breakfast, along with pickles.
