ordinary biscuits -500g, shit -500g, ground walnuts & # 8211 a cup, rum essence- 2 ampoules, butter & # 8211 100g, cocoa & # 8211 4-5 tablespoons, sugar & # 8211 a cup, water & # 8211 8211 a cup, coconut & # 8211 approx. 200g, sour cherries
Method of preparation:
Put the water with the sugar and cocoa on the fire and bring it to the boil. Allow to cool. The biscuits are passed through the mincer, as well as the shit. Put the biscuits, the shit, the butter, the nuts, the rum essence in a bowl and pour the syrup over them. Mix well. The result is a thick paste. If it's too soft, add more biscuits, if it's too tight, add more syrup. Take a little of this paste and form small bulbs in the middle of which we put a cherry. They are then given through coconut.
Walnut and biscuit candies
Heat the milk and pour over the biscuits to soften, add a little rum for. Peanut butter and apricot cake - COURAGE. Thus, I managed to "recycle" the cookies and get some delicious candies. As a kid, I used to love cookies, nuts, and coconuts. And the aroma of rum gives them a special flavor. In the chocolate cream I put partially crushed walnuts and Petit Beurre biscuits. Another simple and tasty recipe for biscuit salami. Because I made a lot of salami, a lot of buns and other figurines, I froze some of them. Like biscuit salami, biscuits or biscuit balls, as they are also called, are prepared in no more than 30 minutes. These "bombed" are these biscuit and cocoa potatoes.
It is then formed from the cooled dough some puff pastry balls at one end, which will be the muzzle.

Syrupy cake recipe - ingredients and preparation
- 180 milliliters of water
- 2 teaspoons dry yeast
- 500 grams of flour
- 70 grams of sugar
- half a teaspoon of salt
- 3 large eggs
- 85 grams of soft unsalted butter (or rapeseed oil)
Ingredients for the filling:
- 60 grams of soft unsalted butter (or margarine)
- 70 grams of white sugar
- 70 grams of brown sugar
- 80 grams of dark chocolate (or chocolate flakes)
- 25 grams of cocoa
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 100 grams of golden raisins
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons black or brown rum
Ingredients for syrup:
- 150 grams of sugar
- 120 milliliters of water
- 80 milliliters of rum
- some vanilla seeds (optional)
How to make syrupy cake dough:
Put the water and the yeast in a small bowl, mix gently and leave for 5-10 minutes for the yeast to activate.
In a large bowl or directly in the bowl of the planetary dough mixer, put the flour, sugar and salt. Add the activated yeast and mix well with a wooden spoon or with the help of the special dough mixer, at medium speed.
Add the eggs one at a time and mix well each time, so that they incorporate well into the composition.
Add the soft butter or oil and knead with your hands (put a little flour on the work table) or mix until you get an elastic and velvety dough (not sticky - you can add more flour, one tablespoon at a time, until you get the desired result).
The kneading process can take more or less, depending on the kneading mode. The mixer is very helpful in this regard.
Leave the dough in the bowl of the mixer or in a large bowl covered with a clean cloth, in the heat, for an hour and a half.
How to make syrup cake:
While the dough is leavening, take care of the filling. Put a thick-bottomed pan over medium heat.
Put the butter, sugar and chocolate in the pan. Leave on the heat and stir continuously until you get a fluid, homogeneous cream.
Pull the pan aside and add the cocoa, cinnamon and honey. Mix well and set aside.
In a bowl, place the raisins in the rum to soften and flavor.
How to assemble the cake:
Prepare the cake trays (2 trays of 23 x 12 centimeters). Grease them with a little oil or butter.
Remove the leavened dough from the bowl, beat it lightly and then divide it into two balls.
Sprinkle a little flour on the work table and spread the first sheet of dough with a rolling pin, in the shape of a rectangle measuring 28 x 38 centimeters and a thickness of 3 millimeters, so quite thin.
Put the chocolate cream and cinnamon on the surface of the whole sheet of dough - but leave 2.5 cm edges without filling.
Sprinkle over half the amount of raisins soaked in rum.
Roll the filled dough and seal the ends with your fingers or a fork.
With a sharp knife, cut the roll to its length. Don't worry that the filling comes out of the dough, it's a bit "dirty" to assemble, but it's perfectly normal to be like that.
Place the two pieces of sliced roll next to each other. Start knitting them in the middle, being careful not to leave all the filling in this process.
Seal the ends of the braided rolls with a fork or your fingers.
Do the same with the other sheet of dough and the rest of the filling and raisins.
Carefully transfer the braided rolls into the two trays. If the roll is longer, you can easily stuff it into the tray.
Cover the trays with dough filled with a clean cloth or plastic wrap and leave to rise, in the heat, for another 1.5-2 hours.
Baking the cake:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
Place the cake trays on the grill in the middle of the oven. On the tray below you can put a baking sheet or aluminum, to "catch" from the filling that could leak and burn.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cake passes the toothpick test.
While the cake is baking, prepare the syrup with which you will "get drunk".
Put a pan on the fire and add sugar, rum, water and vanilla seeds.
Leave on medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil. After reaching the boiling point, reduce the heat to a minimum and stir continuously until the sugar is completely dissolved and you get a liquid with the texture of a syrup.
After the cake has baked, take it out of the oven and leave it for 5 minutes at room temperature.
Grease the cake in the pan with the rum syrup all over the surface, using a brush. Do not rush, gradually put syrup on the cake so that it has time to absorb it.
Remove the cake from the pan and cut it into slices only after it has cooled completely.
Below, the video version for the cake (babka) recipe with chocolate icing.

Tritibell, the puffins of childhood
Who hasn't heard of pufarine, the sweets of childhood when before eating them we arrange them by color? Pufarinas are fluffy as the name suggests, ideally they should be colorful, fragrant and slightly crunchy. These are made from wheat, and the best known are Tritibell puff pastry.
In our country, expanded wheat with fruit is known as pufarine. Its relative, expanded rice, is not so well known in our country, although, lately, it is more and more present on store shelves.
But how do you get these much-loved puffins?
Pufarinas are produced from wheat with the help of the high pressure expansion process. The wheat is placed in an airtight container in which steam is pumped at high pressure. The steam pressure in the container is suddenly released after the steam has penetrated the grains well, this causing the spectacular expansion of the endosperm of the wheat grain. This results in puffballs. After expansion, the puff pastry is flavored with sugar syrup-based mixtures. Tritibell matches contain only natural food colors.
Why eat pufarine? You should know that expanded wheat and wheat-based products are a fairly important source of carbohydrates, including energy and insoluble fiber that are very good for regulating intestinal transit. And a high-fiber diet can prevent disease.
Wheat also has a lot of elements such as magnesium, iron, zinc, phosphorus, copper, selenium, a complex of vitamins and a fairly important level of antioxidants that fight free radicals.
You can also choose to eat expanded wheat puff pastry to compensate for a breakfast you skipped. You can also use them in recipes such as cakes, chocolate candies, truffle puffs, etc.
