RECIPE PREPARATION Oven neck with new potatoes:

I bought ready-marinated "heads" from Kaufland. I placed them on the oven rack at the top. Under them I placed the potatoes, pre-cooked, pressed with a spoon, sprinkled with olive oil and seasoned with salt and dried rosemary. I left it in the oven for 45 minutes. The lard dripped on the potatoes and gave them a delicious taste. I served it with cucumber salad with yogurt and garlic.
