Dessert tart with vanilla cream and fruit

Mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt, add the sugar and mix until it becomes a glossy and dense meringue, add the oil, milk and mix until smooth.

Mix the flour with the baking powder, poppy seeds and chocolate, add the egg whites, the essence and mix with a spatula until smooth with bottom-up movements.

Pour the composition into the tray lined with baking paper, put it in the preheated oven until it passes the toothpick test.

Vanilla cream - put the milk on the fire, in a larger bowl mix the yolks with the starch, sugar and lemon peel, add the hot milk, mix until smooth,

Pour the composition into the pot and put on the fire, stirring constantly until it thickens like a pudding.

Let it cool very well, mix the mascarpone and gradually add the cream, vanilla essence.

Place the countertop sheet on a plate (with a knife I cut a little on top), add the cream and decorate with fruit as you like.
