RECIPE PREPARATION Apple jam roll:

Method of preparation:

Beat the eggs with the milk in a bowl, then add the flour in the rain and incorporate. Place the fluffy dough in a lined tray and leave it in the oven for 15 minutes. When it turns golden, take it out and put it to cool on waxed paper.

Prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the package and let it cool a bit. Grease the top with a layer of raspberry jam, then pamper everything with a generous amount of vanilla cream.

Run carefully using parchment. Remove excess pudding and sprinkle powdered sugar over roll with vanilla cream. I like anything roll with cream but that seems to be especially good!


Before you start working, turn on the oven at 180 degrees Celsius, to have time to warm up.

Put the flour with the cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl. Mix them well, then pass them through a sieve. One of the important steps for the success of any dough is to sift the flour to become more aerated.

In another bowl with higher walls, put the oil with the almond milk and sugar. Using a mixer, mix these ingredients down to prevent splashing. Use a tall walled vessel to avoid accidents.

If there is a mixer in your kitchen props that has a bowl with a lid, use that one. Mix these ingredients well until the sugar is diluted. You will get a creamy composition.

If you can't find almond milk, use any vegetable milk to prepare this fasting blackberry with apricot jam. Soy is the most handy.

Put the flour in a bowl and mix it with the salt. Mix the yeast separately with the sugar. We make a hole in the middle of the flour and then we put the yeast that we mixed with the sugar. Add the oil and sour cream and mix gently. Add the warm milk little by little and mix. Knead the resulting dough for about 10 minutes. Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes, warm.

Roll, not too tight and bend the dough at the ends. Grease with oil and line a tray with flour, place the rolls next to each other and from place to place, at a distance of about 1 cm we make some notches (not very deep) in the dough. Grease with egg, sprinkle with sugar and put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 -40 minutes.
