Let me tell you what I suffered with this pie.
One day I saw on TV someone praising this pie and at one point, I was waiting to say that it is "golden" !!!
I searched on google and what to see, all the people said it was the original recipe but they were not at least 2 identical recipes; so I chose something from each and made the famous pie; only when we ate it I was right Mirabela with praise), how tasty it is; I struggled to wrinkle it but I couldn't, I don't know why.

  • 1cub yeast
  • 20ml oil
  • salt
  • 1 packet of butter
  • hot water

FILLING

  • 500g cow's cheese
  • 300g telemea of ​​sheep
  • 6 eggs
  • 300g sour cream

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Dobrogean pie:

We make a bread dough from flour, salt, yeast dissolved with a little warm water, add oil to the kneader then let it rise

In a bowl, mix the cheeses with 4 eggs

From the dough, roll out a thin sheet with the rolling pin, grease it with melted butter, put 3-4 tablespoons of cheese, roll, wrinkle then put in the pan greased with butter; do this until the dough and cheese are finished. then remove the tray and put on top with a spoon the remaining egg mixture with sour cream and a little salt, leave for 10 minutes after which you can serve powdered sugar on top.
