Tiramisu recipe with whipped cream
Melt the chocolate on a steam bath.
Whip the whipped cream until it maintains its shape.
I rubbed the mascarpone well with the powdered sugar and then I mixed it with the whipped cream. I divided the composition into two parts by adding melted chocolate in one of them.
In a round ring tray, I put a layer of biscuits soaked in coffee. Then I put half a biscuit on each side, without being soaked in coffee, just as they are, directly from the package. I then put a layer of white cream, then again a layer of biscuits soaked in coffee and finally the layer of chocolate cream. I put everything in the fridge for a few hours, about as long as my heart allows: P.
I added some raspberries on top, cold-cold, sweet-sour, directly over the chocolate cream. A madness of aromas, tastes and only good for sunny, even hot days. So I relaxed a little with this little tiramisu made and assembled like this ... ad-hoc.
