Prepare the couscous as follows: boil water and add 1 teaspoon of salt.

When it starts to boil, add the couscous and let it boil until it increases in volume and absorbs all the water.

Set the pot aside on the fire and leave it to cool, then mix a frothed egg white and mix it with the couscous.

The egg white foam will aerate the couscous grains a bit and will give them a more pleasant appearance.

We are preparing the filling.

We clean the vegetables and chop them into cubes.

Heat the oil and add the onions, carrots and mushrooms.

Sprinkle a little salt over them and spices and cover the pot to simmer well.

We mix them from time to time with a spatula, so that they don't stick.

When the onion and carrot penetrate well, add the garlic and pepper, chew a few more times and add the minced meat.

Cover the bowl again and let it simmer, chewing the meat with the vegetables from time to time to season well.

Add spices to taste, and when the meat is ready, add the chopped parsley and let the dish cool.

Over the minced meat and lightly cooled, add a whole egg and a yolk.

Place in the muffin tins, first a tablespoon of couscous, then a tablespoon of minced meat and finally cover with couscous.

Place a piece of dehydrated tomato and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake the molds for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Garnish the muffins with green parsley and we can serve them hot with fresh vegetables.

ingredients: 300 gr flour, 150 gr pressed ham, 1 kapia pepper, 150 gr grated cheese, 2 eggs, 210 ml milk, 30 ml oil, ⅓ sachet baking powder (a knife tip), 3 green onion rings, salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation: Put flour and baking powder in a bowl. Beat the eggs separately as for the omelet, then add the composition over the flour. Peel and finely chop the pepper and onion, then add to the composition over the flour. It is completed with oil, milk, salt and pepper to taste, grated cheese and finely chopped pressed ham. Homogenize the composition well and pour into the muffin tin.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° and put the baking tray for about 20-25 minutes until they are nicely browned on the surface. After they are baked, they are left to cool in the tray and then they are taken out and can be served as an appetizer.

Muffins with spinach, feta and bacon

These appetizer muffins with cheese I bring spring on the table! They are also perfect for meals Easter. It all started with the idea and the desire for a langos with cheese. Yes, with a lot of cheese and a lot of dill.

I just didn't want to fry the langoustines in the pan anymore. As I don't like compromise solutions either (like langos and donuts in the oven), I stuck to the idea of ​​filling. OK! But what dough should I make for this filling? By no means do I want to convey that I recommend for the mother to be inactive. I don't like the idea at all.

In Hungary we eat corn and garlic quite often. We really liked it! It's a long cracked horn and stuffed with sour cream and garlic, croissants that I made at home a few times & # 8230 very good! From the same dough I made covridog & # 8211 recipe here.

So I had a dough and two fillings: the cheese with dill and the cream topping with garlic or leurda. If you don't like dill you can replace it with chopped green parsley or other seasonal greens (including green onion tails). Or do not add anything and leave the cheese natural.

I created this appetizer muffin recipe with zucchini and cheese being inspired by TABASCO ® green pepper sauce and tender pumpkins bought from the market. I got some slightly spicy, fluffy muffins, extremely fragrant and full of juicy pieces of zucchini.

The appetizer dough contains (in addition to eggs, milk, flour) and a little cream cheese (cream cheese), finely grated Parmesan cheese and pieces of Cheddar cheese. It is a dough that can be used in several recipes for salted muffins, the zucchini can be replaced with other ingredients of your choice: corn kernels, diced ham or bacon, green peas, mushrooms, vegetable mix, etc. If you don't have Cheddar at hand, you can use a local cheese.
