first I prepared the meat: I sprinkled it with spices and pepper, I gave it well through breadcrumbs, I then greased it with olive oil and I put it on the grill on the stove until it browned nicely
in the meantime I prepared the rest of the ingredients: I fried the potatoes and gave them vegeta;
I cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into thin slices, I washed the salad .....
I made the sauce by mixing 2 lg of mayonnaise with 2 lg of yogurt, a clove of grated garlic, salt and pepper.
the tomato sauce was ready (tube).
I cut the buns in half, I gave them with sauce, I put slices of tomatoes and cucumbers, then the meat, salad and ready ....
I served the tomato sauce on the french fries ....
in the end the taste was very .... interesting .....: D
Take the meat, cut it into pieces and put it through the food processor. Cook the onion separately (to soften it but not to take on color) then add it over the minced meat.
Also over the minced meat, add the cumin and ground coriander, Parmesan cheese, mustard, egg, 50 grams of breadcrumbs, salt and freshly ground pepper and then mix in the food processor.
Form meatballs the size of a hamburger pill, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, put in the fridge and let stand (covered of course) for an hour (or less).
Meanwhile, boil the potatoes in their skins for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Drain, clean and cut into strips as for french fries.
Heat oil in a pan and add the crushed garlic and sliced potatoes, fry for 2-3 minutes while mixing the potatoes with the garlic and add salt and freshly ground pepper.
Pour the contents of the pan into a tray and put it in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes until crispy.
Remove the meatballs from the refrigerator and fry in a pan with a little oil over medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
It can be served as a hamburger (in a bun, with pickles, ketchup (bleah), mustard, tomatoes, salad) or simply on a plate with some pickles / tomatoes and tartar / mustard sauce.
Pizza on top of french fries & # 8211 Röstizza or potato crust pizza recipe
Pizza on top of french fries & # 8211 Röstizza or potato crust pizza recipe. Pizza without dough. Pizza on bacon crust, rösti or grated french fries. Gluten free pizza. Yeast-free pizza.
Röstizza or potato top pizza is not really a classic pizza because it has no dough. However, we have a countertop and we also have a pizza-specific topping: ham, cheese, tomato sauce, mushrooms, herbs.
Ever since the isolation at home, I consult with the junior about the daily menu. I found that it has a very playful fantasy (in the best sense of the word) and every day we experience something in the kitchen & # 8211 necessarily simple recipes. I say simple because we have so many other activities that it is not enough for us to do everything we set out to do.
Today he told me he wants rösti-pizza. I laughed a good one and asked him how he imagined this. He told me that he wants the french fries and to put what we put on the pizza on top. So he has french fries and pizza & # 8211 is one of his favorites. I knew there was a kind of pizza with this type of countertop and it was called potato crust pizza, so we got to work. I was glad I didn't need dough, especially since there was no yeast and flour at the time, so it was a perfect menu for the covid crisis 19.
Rösti are roasted potatoes fried in a pan & # 8211 the recipe here. Some call it bacon, although it is prepared differently.
From these quantities results a pizza on a counter of french fries, 32 cm in diameter. Röstizza is enough for 2-3 people.
Ingredients for the recipe of Peasant potatoes with red onion, paprika and bacon
- -1, 5 kg of potatoes
- -2 red onions
- -4 cloves garlic
- -1, 5 bell peppers
- -1 teaspoon salt
- -1 teaspoon paprika (optional, I did not use because I did not have)
- -250 g smoked bacon or kaizer or other smoked meat, can also be smoked sausages
- -100 ml oil
- -150 ml of water
Preparation for the recipe of Peasant potatoes with red onion, paprika and bacon
We peel the potatoes, wash them well and cut them into larger pieces that we put in a bowl. Pour water, oil over them, add chopped julienned onions, chopped peppers, garlic, bacon, salt and pepper.
Mix them all very well, transfer them to a bowl or a tray covered with a lid or aluminum foil, put them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius and leave until the potatoes and vegetables are simmered.
You can cover the tray with baking paper and then with aluminum foil.
When they are ready, take the tray out of the oven and sprinkle the finely chopped green parsley on top of the potatoes.
It is very important not to mix in the potatoes because they lose their appearance, the pieces must remain whole
It's a food without too much hassle but not very tasty, perfect for the days when we don't feel like cooking.
An extremely simple recipe available to anyone. If you love smoking, you can put more bacon or kaizer.
And if you have smoked homemade sausages, do not hesitate to use them, the taste will be fantastic.
I wish you all the best and increase in the kitchen!

Rabbit with baked potatoes.
I told you on another occasion that the rabbit is one of my favorite meats, I prepare it in different ways, my soul recipe remains rabbit confit, but at the moment I can't reveal the recipe, it belongs to a friend and I have to ask his permission, it is a family recipe. I propose instead this rabbit cooked in peasant style:
- a whole rabbit or 1200 gr of lower thighs, front quarters, mix of spines and thighs, as you like
- 100 gr bacon or bacon
- 6 white potatoes, medium
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 4 sage leaves
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 sprigs of rosemary
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 150 ml white wine
- 9 ° white vinegar
- Wash and clean skin, fat and blood vessels.
- Put the meat in a bowl with enough water to cover it and add 2 tablespoons of vinegar. Leave the meat in water with vinegar for 30 minutes, remove it and wash it in more water, then drain it well with kitchen towels.
- Finely chop the needles of a sprig of rosemary and 2 sage leaves. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °.
- Heat oil in a larger saucepan or skillet. Add 1 bay leaf, a sage leaf, 1 rosemary sprig, and 2 cloves of garlic.
- Wait for the flavors to develop in the oil, when the oil sizzles add the bacon and meat. Fry well on all sides. Extinguish with white wine, allow the alcohol to evaporate.
- Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters or coarse pieces. Boil them for 5 minutes in boiling salted water.
- Remove the potatoes with a spatula and place them in a large bowl, season them while they are hot with the mixture of chopped flavors, 2 cloves of garlic pressed with a press, a pinch of salt (not too much salt!) And 2-3 tablespoons oil.
- Mix carefully so that they dress in spices and add them over the rabbit meat. Leave on the heat, over high heat, for 5 minutes.
- Add the rest of the herbs and crushed garlic, a drizzle of oil. Bake in the hot oven for 50 minutes. If the pan in which you prepared the meat is not roomy, transfer everything to a tray greased with a drizzle of oil. From time to time you turn the pieces of meat.
- Raise the temperature to 220 degrees and bake for another 10-15 minutes, until the whole preparation turns golden. The meat should be soft on the inside, but with a crispy crust. So are the potatoes.
- Serve hot.
Hamburger, french fries and mustard sauce
Another recipe prepared by my husband. He turned the classic Hamburger sandwich into an elegant principality for a Sunday meal. I hope you like the idea too. I intervened a little, just at the decoration on the plate.
Method of preparation:
Knead the meat with finely chopped onion, egg and all spices, rosemary, marjoram, thyme. Season with salt and pepper and form 4 meatballs, larger, which flatten slightly.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Hamburgers can be grilled or fried in a pan in hot oil. Now I put them in breadcrumbs and fried them in oil. During frying, the meatballs are kept pressed to maintain their shape.
Pan-fried rabbit with potatoes
In a deep frying pan, fry the onion and 7 cloves of garlic in oil for a few minutes. Add a little salt.
Add the pieces of meat and stir.
Cook with a lid for 20 minutes on medium heat.
Stir occasionally so that it does not stick.
After 20 minutes, leave on medium heat for another 10 minutes without the lid.
Stir frequently so that it does not stick.
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
In a deep frying pan put 2-3 tablespoons of oil and add the potatoes and 3-4 cloves of garlic. Season with salt.
Cook over medium heat until golden brown and soft. Stir frequently.
If I made saorma, I thought, let's make a hamburger, it's just not a big deal. I pretended that I had a piece of breast in the fridge.
- 300g chicken breast
- 1 green onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 or
- grill spices
- onions, tomatoes, cabbage or salad
- sliced cheese
Chop the meat, as well as the onion and garlic, mix them and add spices. We form the larger meatballs that we flatten and fry on the grill greased with a little bacon (I advise you to invest in a cast iron pan, you know from that heavy, it's worth it!).
Cut the bun in half, put a chicken meatball then a slice of cheese, heat a little in the microwave until the cheese melts and then add the tomatoes, finely chopped cabbage and seasoned with a little salt or whatever vegetables you want you have many options.
Serve with french fries. Or without :).
The picture is not very telling, someone was waiting impatiently, it was to run out of camera :)).

When you want a healthy alternative to french fries, it's normal to bake french fries, so french fries recipe with sweet potatoes. But it's nice to change things up and try something new, and baked french fries do the trick.
There are no potatoes in sight here. Instead, you'll cook a delicious mix of mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, carrots and rutabaga to fight cancer. This colorful mixture of root vegetables means a lot of different flavors, which complement each other, providing a number of nutrients. These french fries are perfect to serve with burgers or just to taste as a snack.
Start by preheating the oven to 425 F and cut the vegetables into long, thin slices. You want them to be more uniform, so they look more like "french fries." Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Sprinkle the vegetables with coconut oil or ghee. When cooked on a long time, these stable oils are a better choice than olive oil. Sprinkle the seasoned french fries and place on the baking sheet. Then place the sheet in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes, turning the vegetables in half, to make sure all the parts are browned evenly. These are all there are for these french fries.
The mixture of crispy, salty and sweet carrots is a delight for the taste buds. You can also vary the spices depending on what you serve - a smoked paprika would be tasty, just like a curry version. Serve this to any food eater who is not a fan of vegetables. They will love this!
Homemade burgers with potatoes
A hamburger recipe by Jamie Oliver, slightly modified, which is quite easy and has spectacular results. In addition, french fries prepared as in this recipe are much healthier than classic french fries.
Ingredients for 12 burgers:
- 1 kg pork (boneless leg or cutlet)
- 1 kg of lean beef
- 1 m & acircnă good grated Parmesan
- 1 or
- 100 g of breadcrumbs

- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 kg of potatoes
- a head of garlic
- salt pepper
- olive oil
Chop the meat very well (twice in the car or on the robot). & Icircntr a mortar, grind a glass of cumin seed knife, a tablespoon of coriander seeds, salt and pepper to taste. Then we mix them with meat. Add the egg, parmesan and half the breadcrumbs and mix well. If the mixture is too sticky, add a little more breadcrumbs. Line a tray with aluminum foil (or waxed paper, if you have any) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Prepare 12 large, flattened meatballs from the meat, place them in a tray and sprinkle breadcrumbs over them again. Then keep in the fridge for an hour.
Wash the potatoes very well, then cut them into thick slices of a finger, also with the peel. Bring to the boil, simmer for 10 minutes, then strain through a strainer.
& Icircntr in a pan, & icircncingem a little olive oil, cap & acircna of crushed garlic a little and some rosemary.
C & acircnd se & icircncing, we pour them over the potatoes. Then put the potatoes in a pre-heated tray and put them in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until they become crispy and golden.
While the potatoes are cooking, if the burgers have cooled down, take them out and put them on the grill (preferably) or on the grill pan.
Turn several times, until well browned and done inside.
Buns can be prepared in many ways. I put them on the grill for a while, then greased half of them with a good bellows broth (instead of the tasteless cheese) for some kind of cheeseburger, and left the other half simple. I greased them with a tomato sauce, made from tomato paste mixed with a little water, sugar, salt, pepper and basil.
I put the burgers over this sauce.
& Icircn bun, according to taste, you can also put mustard, slices of tomatoes, onion scales, slices of pickled cucumber or anything else that affects your taste buds. In the end, it looks like this:
