Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


1. Beat the egg whites with the salt powder.

2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients.

3. Put the composition in a 30x25 cm tray lined with baking paper.

4. Spread the composition in an even layer and make shapes with a knife on the surface.

5. Place some goji berries on top of each stick.

6. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 190 ° C.

7. Remove and leave to cool for 5-0 minutes, after which they can be cut.

Goji fruit smoothie

  • 70 ml coconut oil (slightly heated over a bowl of hot water to become liquid)
  • 120 ml agave syrup
  • 1 lgt lecithin (granules)
  • 1 small beet (raw, well washed, peeled and diced)
  • 2 teaspoons goji
  • 4 tablespoons raw cashews
  • 4 tablespoons golden raisins
  • 4 lgt sunflower seeds, raw
  • 6 tablespoons oatmeal (plain, without honey)
Wallpaper a tray (about 10 x 10 cm) with kitchen paper.
Put the beets in a blender and turn it into puree, add cocoa powder, coconut oil, agave syrup and lecithin. Mix well until you get a thick cream.

Preparation time: minimum 2 hours in the refrigerator (until the chocolate hardens and can be cut)

  • 70 g raw cocoa
  • 70 ml coconut oil (lightly heated over a bowl with warm water, just a little, to become liquid)
  • 120 ml agave syrup
  • 1 tsp lecithin (like very small granules, not powder)
  • 1 little beetroot, washed, peeled and cut in dices)
  • 2 tsp goji berries, dried
  • 4 tbsp raw cashews
  • 4 tsp raw sunflower seeds
  • 6 tbsp raw oat cereals
  1. Prepare a tray (10 x 10 cm) line it with cooking paper. Put the beet in the blender and mix it until it becomes a puree. Add cocoa, coconut oil, agave and lecithin and mix well, until you get a dense chocolaty cream.
  2. Transfer cream to a bowl. Add cereals, seeds, goji, cashews and mix. Transfer the mixture to the prepared tray, level it and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  3. The second day, take it out of the fridge. It should be cold and hard. Cut it into squares. Serve it as breakfast or dessert. Enjoy!

The first thing we do is to prepare the frosting (cream) because it has to stay cold for a few 2-3 hours or, after it has cooled for half an hour in the freezer. In a saucepan, over low heat, put the cream. for the whipped cream, the chocolate is broken into pieces and stir continuously until the chocolate melts. Let it cool and put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours. When it is very cold, add the essence, the dye and mix well until the composition hardens and becomes like a cream. Do not mix too much because excessively mixed cream becomes butter.

The soft butter, left at room temperature for an hour, mixes for a few minutes with the sugar, then add the eggs, one by one, mixing well after each one. Then pour the milk, sifted flour together with the baking powder and finally incorporate the goji berries.
