Mix the cottage cheese with an egg, flour, semolina, lemon essence and a little salt. The composition should be soft but still consistent. If the cottage cheese is too watery, add semolina, and if the cheese is too dry, add less flour. Let the composition rest for 10 minutes, then form suitable balls, about the size of an apricot.
Bring salt water to a boil, 1-2 l. When the water starts to boil, reduce the intensity of the fire and put the balls formed in the cow's cheese composition. After 2-3 minutes the balls will rise to the surface, from this moment we leave them for another 4-5 minutes to boil, on low heat. We take the balls out in a strainer and sprinkle them with cold water and then let them drain well.
Each dumpling is given through ground poppy seeds mixed with caster sugar. Serve with cherry sauce or cherry jam.

Marian Godină reacted to the success of BAC of the vlogger Selly: "It annoyed me"
Selly made a sensation in the virtual environment, after boasting about the average obtained at the Baccalaureate exam 2020. Among those who were curious about the triumph of the 19-year-old vlogger was Marian Godină, who also watched the video uploaded by the vlogger about the educational system in Romania.
"I was looking more to see what this boy is doing on youtube. I wasn't attracted to anything, probably because of my age. The language really annoyed me and I wouldn't want when I have a child to use words like "gender", "jonuțule", "hâț", "boşilor" etc. In short, I wouldn't like my child to be a Selly fan.
Selly is struggling with the Romanian education system
It is certain that Selly is not stupid at all, on the contrary, her mind is doing very well, as evidenced by her high school diploma. As I already told you, I don't see myself watching his videos, but it's a long way to call it null and void. His biggest "sin" is that he made and still makes a lot of money. Hence the hatred. Most Romanians appreciate you, love you and praise you when you do nice things, but only if you are poor ", the policeman wrote on Facebook.
Shortly after displaying the results, the vlogger posted the notes on his Instagram page, and they looked like this: Romanian - 9.50, Mathematics - 9.60, Biology - 9.70.

Valentin Godina desires to be people's 'messenger' on Victorville City Council
Community activist and self-described "grassroots" candidate Valentin Godina says he is running for Victorville City Council to become & ldquoa messenger that brings the people & rsquos voice "to the dais in City Hall.
Godina, 56, a retired diesel mechanic who lives near downtown Victorville, said he has a heart for the working class. He believes the City Council communicates in legalese, a & ldquolanguage & rdquo most people don & rsquot understand that keeps citizens in the dark on most issues.
& ldquoThe hard-working citizens have the right to be in the loop, & rdquo Godina said. & ldquoI am running for city council because I believe that people deserve a Victorville that works for all. & rdquo
Godina is one of 22 candidates vying for three open seats on the City Council, two of which are being contested by incumbents, Mayor Gloria Garcia and Councilwoman Blanca Gomez. Councilman Jim Cox & mdash elected in 2012 and a former longtime city manager & mdash is not seeking reelection.
The 2020 presidential election is slated for Nov. 3.
Godina is a founding member of Revive Our Old Town, a member of Friends of the Library, a former director of an after-school mariachi music program and a ministry volunteer at the federal prison in Victorville.
Before the COVID-19 pandemic restricted public gatherings, Godina said he regularly attended City Council meetings. Now he views the meetings online, often calling in to comment on issues such as homelessness, public safety and the restoration of downtown Victorville.
Godina alleged that the city has a problem managing its budget and deviates funds away from various social programs and venues such as the library and youth programs.
He also said he has a heart for the Victorville Library, an aging city-run facility located at the edge of an old shopping center that was mostly demolished decades ago.
& ldquoOne thing I propose doing is renovating and updating our library, & rdquo Godina said. & ldquoWe want a place that is readily available for the students of Victorville. A quiet site where our community can learn and grow. & Rdquo
Godina said the passage of Measure P & mdash the proposed 1% sales tax increase that city officials say will generate an estimated $ 15 million in revenue to improve the city & mdash is & ldquoa bad idea. & Rdquo
& ldquoResidents are not aware that any tax money that is placed in the general fund can be used as the council sees fit, & rdquo Godina said.
The increase would bump the sales tax rate in Victorville from 7.75% to 8.75% to fund law enforcement, fire services, street repair, library maintenance, parks, and recreation facilities and homelessness programs, according to the ballot measure.
& ldquoIt & rsquos not a good time to tax the people of Victorville, but let & rsquos hear their vote, & rdquo said Godina, who moved to the city in 1990 with his wife of 35 years, Angelina.
When they moved to Victorville, the Godinas had six children, and they later adopted six more. Today, their children are in the military, health care and other professions, Godina said.
Politically, Godina is not a stranger to the campaign trail in Victorville. After considering runs in 2012 and 2016, he threw his hat into City Council ring in 2018 alongside 10 other candidates who sought two open seats.
In the end, Godina picked up 711 votes, or 1.93% of the total vote, which equaled a last-place finish. The seats that year went to Mayor Pro Tem Rita Ramirez and Councilwoman Debra Jones.
Godina has also waved the social justice banner, saying, & ldquoWe need to live in a society where people do not merely support progressive change but fight for it. & Rdquo
He has stated online that citizens must use this time of heightened awareness to work to end racism, fight for equality and social justice, and make medical care accessible.
His public activism was on display in April, during the & ldquoReopen California Freedom Rally & rdquo that was attended by over 300 protesters demanding the state to reopen the economy following the initial COVID-19-related shutdown in March.
During the sidewalk rally, Godina stood on a moving flatbed trailer outside the Victorville Superior Courthouse and used a PA system to tell others to "stay home and stay healthy."
His message was not well-received by opposing demonstrators who chanted, honked car horns and used bullhorns to drown Godina out.
On the economy, Godina said the city must prioritize bringing better jobs to the High Desert. He has also questioned the current City Council several times on why out-of-town construction firms were given development contracts over local businesses.
& ldquoWe need to have a piece of the pie of construction that our taxes are paying for, & rdquo Godina said. & ldquoWe pay taxes to upgrade our city, which is great and has to be done. But when out local businesses do not participate in the construction of our city, the pride seems to go away with our tax dollars. & Rdquo
