I took the shape of a guguluf ... :)) Because I had to make it into my kitchen ... I improvised a guguluf (which sounds great!). And because I had some cream left that I couldn't just drink with coffee:)) ...

  • 4 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 130 gr flour
  • 50 ml oil
  • half an envelope of baking powder
  • a vanilla essence
  • an envelope of caramel pudding from D. Oetker
  • a cup of milk
  • whipped cream and cocoa for garnish

HOW TO PREPARE THE RECIPE Guguluf with cream:

I separated the eggs ... I beat the egg whites with the powdered sugar, like meringue ... and I mixed the yolks with the oil and the rum essence. Then I added the flour mixed with the baking powder and at the end I incorporated the egg white foam. I poured the composition in the shape of a guguluf (brand new: P) lined with butter and flour.

In a bowl I put the pudding and dissolved with the milk, gradually. Then I poured it over the composition of the form. I put everything in the oven for about 20 minutes, I think (do the toothpick test better.).

When it was ready to bake ... and it smelled nice in the house ... I took it out and left it to cool on a grill. Then I greased it with cream and sprinkled some cocoa .... (this is because Remi doesn't like cream;)))

You will lose, in the three weeks, up to 5 kilograms. It is also very important to stay hydrated enough. It may be complicated to follow the diet exactly, but don't forget to eat this salad at dawn.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Put the water, butter and salt in a saucepan on the fire. Stir until the butter melts and is about to boil. Leave room between them, as they will grow when baked. Grease them with beaten egg and sprinkle with almond flakes. Keep them in the oven until golden, without opening the door. You let them cool, then cut them in half.

Put the cream in a saucepan and fill the donuts, then put the raspberries. Cover with a lid and decorate with powdered sugar.


Apple with whipped cream

Pudding powder, nutmeg and sugar mix with 6 tablespoons of apple juice and mix. The rest of the apple juice is boiled, then set aside and over it add the above mixture. The resulting composition is boiled again for another 1 minute, during which time it is mixed gently and continuously.

The pudding thus prepared is then poured into a rectangular shape (approx. 18 x 13 cm) previously rinsed with cold water and left to cool for at least 2 hours.

The apple is washed and cleaned of seeds, then cut into very thin slices, which are sprinkled with lemon juice. The cooled pudding is cut into cubes (with a side of approx. 4 cm), which are then rolled in almonds and placed on apple slices.

Prepare the cream according to the instructions on the envelope, with 150 ml of milk and garnish the dessert around the apple slices. Preferably powder with cinnamon.

That is, what kind of cake can come out of only 3 eggs.

    After I took it out of the oven, I was speechless, seeing how good it looks, how much it has grown and how many slices can be taken out of it. Yes, it's a spooky dessert! And economical. That being said, let's see how this fluffy guguluf is made with shit.

    • 3 eggs
    • 175 sugar
    • 150 grams of yogurt
    • 75 grams of sunflower oil
    • 280 grams of white wheat flour type 000

    • We turn the oven to 180 degrees and prepare a guguluf tray, ie a tray that will allow us to bake our cake in a round shape but with a hole in the middle. As we will not be able to put baking paper, we will use oil and flour to grease the tray. Grease with oil first and then sprinkle flour on it and shake off the excess.
    • We cut the pieces of shit into small cubes and put them in flour.
    • In a bowl put the 3 whole eggs, a pinch of salt and vanilla. Beat them with the mixer for 1-2 minutes until they lighten in color and start to form small bubbles.

    Waffles with cream and raspberries

    Filling: Raspberries thaw and set aside a few grains for decoration. Whip the cream hard with the whipping cream and sugar. Stir in the whipped milk and raspberries. The mixture obtained is placed in the refrigerator.
